Natalie is a manager in the Property Tax practice of Ernst & Young LLP and is based in the San Francisco office. She has more than 20 years of property tax experience in property tax assessment and valuation, specializing in California. Her career has focused on valuation and assessment resulting from changes in ownership and new construction for office, retail and industrial properties including large, multi-year developments. Prior to joining EY she spent 18 years at 2 large Bay Area Counties as a Principal Appraiser.
