Brian Schwagerl is an expert in sustainable design and construction, who has reached millions of people sharing his strategies of how real estate assets can improve employees performance. He has appeared before national television audiences on ABC, NBC, CBS and in documentaries on the National Geographic, A&E and Discovery Networks. He has been interviewed as an expert on innovative workplaces by the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Forbes and Business Week. Most notable among his accomplishments is the spearheading of the office transformation projects at NBC Universal and the development of Hearst Tower. This building is the iconic skyscraper that was the first commercial office building to rise in the Manhattan skyline post 9-11, and the first to be awarded a LEED certification by the US Green Building Council. Hearst Tower was selected as the Best Corporate Facility by the Building Owners and Managers Association of America (BOMA). Brian is a guest lecturer at colleges and symposiums.
